MY WISH
これまで、心臓の機能がわるくなり、強心薬の持続点滴や体外式の人工心臓が装着され、
長い間、病院で入院生活を強いられたりする患者さんを診るなかで、
多くの患者さんが「＠＠＠に行きたいなあ」という訴えを聞いてきました。
いつしか、自分のクリニックで、そんな患者さんの希望を叶えたいと考えていました。
そして、長い間、心臓病を患い、自宅療養を余儀なくされている、
温泉がとても好きだった訪問診療を受けているお婆ちゃんが、
「また温泉に行ってみたい」
という希望を叶えるべく、みんなの予定が空いた日を見計らい、
クリニックのスタッフらと温泉ツアーをくみました。
温泉宿では、とても安心した様子で、たくさんの夕飯を食べ、
また温泉風呂へは、看護師さんとともに、１泊で３回もはいり、
たくさんの笑顔でとても喜んでいました。

私達のクリニックから、これからもそんな患者さんの笑顔を
たくさん見れることができればと思います。
MY WISH
I have been seeing patients forced to spend their days in hospital due to worsening of their heart condition getting continuous intravenous inotropic drugs or using external left ventricular assist device. I have heard many of them say "I wish I could go to @ (usually their favorite places)" and always wanted to fulfill their requests or wishes.
Last weekend, my colleagues of my clinic and I discussed and decided to take one of in-home patients who longed for a hot-spring. At the hotel, she was very relaxed, enjoyed great meals, took bath in hot spring three times with nurses in one day, and smiled a lot.

I would like to continue seeing many more smiles just like this patient at our clinic.
